Unpaid eligible orders may be cancelled before confirmation and reserved inventory will be released.

After confirmation

Cancellation after payment or processing is subject to order status, custom procurement, dispatch and applicable charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments are normally returned to the original payment source. Manual-payment refunds require verified bank or UPI details.
